Oceanic Hearts is a short yuri dating simulator game created by the Krispy Cat team of butterfly-patte(Kris) and riribelle(Cathy). You play as Marina, a young mermaid who is at the age that she needs to choose a suitor to marry. However, because of procrastination, most of the suitors awaiting her gave up and left. Marina has only two suitors left to choose from: the refined and elegant Delphine, or the child-like and carefree Cora. Who will she choose?

I found this game very cute and innocent. Often when people see yuri, it’s all in a manner of sex, but this games innocent charm made it enjoyable on its own. The sprites are cute, and the music is beautiful as well.

There are 3 endings, and it is easy enough to get them all. The choices are easy to discern so it’s easy to choose one or the other. Cora likes flowers so you’ll find her in the garden, and Delphine can sing so you find her in the music hall. I played through all 3 endings, and I like Delphine more as a character(she’s just more my style). Cora is cute, but the quiet type is more for me.

This game was enjoyable to play, and it short enough to not take up too much of your time(It took me about 20 minutes to get all 3 endings). The game is free to download and play so if you would like to try it for yourself, you can download it from the Itch.io page *here*.
